If you have a little girl with long hair, you know that daily hairstyles can be a battle.
I’m sharing a few simple hairstyles for little girls. By following these simple steps, and using my secret weapon – Kandoo Detangler – you’ll be putting an end to your morning hair battles in no time.
Pigtails
When my daughter was younger, her hair was so long. By the time she started kindergarten at age 3, her hair sat just below the small of her back.
One of my favorite things to do with her hair when she was that age was pigtails. They are super simple and easy to do.
Spray a little Kandoo Detangler (this stuff really does work great) and brush out all the knots.
You can split the hair straight down the center so that you have an even amount of hair on both sides of the head. Make a ponytail out of each section – and try to make them even on each side.
I used to place them just above her ears like this:
Ponytail with a Twist
Another simple style is a ponytail with a twist.
Spray Kandoo Detangler.
Pull half of the hair into a pontyail towards the top of the head, and then pull it through itself.
Move down the head, and repeat the same process.
You can be finished here, or you can add a third ponytail with a twist at the bottom.
Braids
From French braids to simple pigtail braids, a braid is always a fun hairstyle.
